I’m Worth It: Self Esteem Building 101- Creating a positive self-image while identifying the negative voices presented through culture and media
SheBiz: Building Entrepreneurs- Setting girls up for leadership in the workplace and inspiring entrepreneurism
Move It: Dancing Towards Happiness- Using yoga, African dance, hip hop and other creative movements to build self esteem and create a healthy and active lifestyle
Healthy Hearts: Relationship Reno’s- Helping girls build healthy relationships with friends, family and those they date
I’m Not Alone: Dealing With Life’s Troubles- A safe environment to talk about personal issues, build comraderie with peers, and discuss tools and resources to help build a strong inner strength
De-Stress: Practical Stress Management- Creating personal practices to increase health and wellness and minimize stress
Global Gateway: International Teen Opportunities- Find out about opportunities for schooling abroad, working vacations, and international humanitarian aid programs
Be The Change: Volunteerism and Community Engagement- Learn how to start a charity or community project and build your own team to change the world
Music and Lyrics:  Creative Expressions- Learn about the music industry and express yourself creatively by collaborating with an accomplished songwriter to co-write a song
Our workshops offer information and training in these program areas and more to help address relevant issues that girls face today and help you support one another as you grow both personally and as a group.
