Lady Gaga Speaks Out About Bullying at the Etobicoke School of the Arts

This is a video that Lady Gaga sent to seventeen-year-old student, Jacques St. Pierre of the Etobicoke School of the Arts thanking him for his anti-bullying efforts.

Jacques St. Pierre organized an anti-bullying program at his high school in Toronto and sent dozens of messages to celebrities asking them to lend their support in his school's pledge to put an end to bullying. The video was played at an assembly and was used to inspire other students to share in the same anti-bullying pledge.
